  • Celebrating Our Central Indiana Home Health and Hospice CNAs

Happy Certified Nursing Assistant’s Week! This 42nd annual week is celebrated June 13-20, 2019 to highlight the important role that CNAs play in patient care. To honor our staff, we asked a couple of our home health and hospice CNAs to share a bit about themselves, what they do, and why they love their jobs.

Meet Candy Wyman! – Central Indiana Home Health and Hospice Care CNA

    Candy Wyman, CNA

Candy has served as a part of the Paradigm Health team for over a year and a half. She is a Certified Nursing Assistant who works in both facility and home settings with home health and hospice patients. For Candy, making sure that her patients and their families have what they need to enrich each and every day and that they know she is there for support ‚ no matter what time of day — is important to her.

Her favorite part of her job is sharing her happy spirit with patients and their families and seeing the smiles on their faces when she arrives to visit. Candy shares that by working at Paradigm Health she has really grown to understand what “belonging” is all about. “I enjoy the fact that CEO Jeff Jarecki not only cares about the success of Paradigm Health as a business, but he has that same care and support for his employees as well. I think that type of leadership is exactly what makes Paradigm Health so unique and successful as we continue to grow. I’m so happy to be a part of this team.”

Meet Adam Miller! — Central Indiana Home Health and Hospice Care CNA

    Adam Miller, CNA

Adam Miller has served as a part of the Paradigm Health team for over a year. He is a Home Health Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) who works with both home health and hospice patients in both a home setting and in facilities – including assisting patients with everyday tasks and more physically demanding tasks that they may need help with.

He also helps to give caregivers a break and hopes that he brings joy to patients by lifting their spirits and hoping that they think of him as an extension of their family or as a friend. Miller enjoys being a part of the Paradigm Health team because the Paradigm “family” is so caring and makes the care of a patient top priority. He shares that after working for other companies, he was so impressed with everyone he meets at Paradigm: “Everyone is so upbeat and happy and excited about their day and the difference they are making. It is a great place to work!”

Our CNAs are a special part of our team and we appreciate their dedication to our patients and commend the excellent care they provide. Don’t forget to thank a Certified Nursing Assistant this week – or any time!
