Paradigm Health supports families with bereavement care & grief support
Bereavement care is a vital part of the support we provide at Paradigm Health. Losing a loved one is an incredibly difficult experience, and our bereavement services ensure families are not alone as they navigate the grieving process.
Our team’s commitment extends a minimum of 13 months following the passing of a loved one, offering the following support services:
- Phone Calls: Families receive supportive calls from our team to check in and provide emotional guidance.
- Personal Visits (if needed): Our chaplains and social workers are available for in-person visits when families need a more personal connection.
- Mailings: We send regular mailings including resources and tips on navigating grief, understanding the stages of mourning, and finding hope.
- Grief Support Meetings: We facilitate grief support meetings to help families connect with others who are grieving.
- Community Resource Assistance: Our team can help in locating additional resources such as grief counseling or support groups in the community.
- Chaplain Support: Spiritual guidance and compassionate listening are available to help families process their loss.
- Social Work Assistance: Our social workers offer emotional support as well as guidance on practical matters that may arise after a loss.
At Paradigm Health, bereavement care is more than a service — it’s a promise to continue caring for families long after a patient’s journey has ended. Learn more about our grief support services here.
