Hospice care is typically covered 100% by most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, with no out-of-pocket costs to the patient.

Your doctor becomes a part of our Paradigm Health hospice caregiving team. We communicate and work with them to develop a plan of care unique to your individual hospice care goals and continue to communicate with them throughout the journey.
