• Paradigm Health’s Statement Regarding COVID-19

The health and safety of our patients, their families and our staff at Paradigm Health is always our top priority. As our community, especially our healthcare frontline community, puts in place and activates best practices to address the mitigation and containment of the coronavirus (COVID-19), please know that we continue to monitor ISDH and CDC updates 24/7. Our leadership team is meeting daily to review new and vital communications on a proactive basis.

    • Paradigm Health clinicians are taking temperatures and asking screening questions of patients each visit. As protocol, screening questions also will be asked of any members that reside in the same household as the patient. Our Paradigm Health caregivers will also be conducting daily self-screening and taking their temperatures prior to begin working with patients.
    • We understand many facilities are restricting visits to only skilled nursing and aide visits and we are working to support those patients and families through alternative forms of communication and care. If you have questions in regards to a specific patient’s care, please use the phone number or email listed below for further information.
    • We have temporarily stopped all volunteer and pet therapy until further notice in order to minimize infection risk.

To best serve our patients during this uncertain time, we are continually educating our entire organization on infection control for the COVID-19 virus, implementing a mandatory daily self-screening process for staff, and are working with our suppliers to ensure we have medical and personal protection supplies stocked.
