Andrew Worswick

Andrew Worswick is the Chief Executive Officer at Paradigm Health, where he has been instrumental in shaping the company’s vision and growth. With a passion for caring for others, Andrew earned his degree in Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine graduating at the top of his doctoral program’s class. He initially joined Paradigm Health as a physical therapist in 2015. He soon began stepping into various leadership roles, primarily serving as Chief Operating Officer since 2017 until being promoted to CEO in 2023. Andrew brings two decades of healthcare experience and over 12 years of serving in post-acute healthcare leadership positions.

Under his leadership, Paradigm Health has continued to focus on providing compassionate hospice and palliative care across Indiana, with a commitment to being both an employer and provider of choice. Andrew’s leadership emphasizes supporting and investing in Paradigm’s caregiving team, ensuring the highest quality of care for patients and their families.
