Don’s extensive background encompasses financial planning and analysis, process improvement, and strategic financial management. His leadership is instrumental in supporting Paradigm Health’s mission to provide compassionate hospice and palliative care services throughout Indiana. Don holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Winona State University and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
