In 2023 he was granted the prestigious Hospice Medical Director Certification by the Hospice Medical Director Certification Board, Dr. Polsani exemplifies a commitment to advancing patient-centered hospice care. This certification underscores his expertise in the specialized subset of palliative medicine and his dedication to providing exceptional care to patients and families.

Dr. Polsani also serves as a hospitalist for a large Indiana hospital system and has co-authored peer-reviewed research articles, showcasing his dedication to clinical excellence. Dr. Polsani is fluent in English and is licensed in internal medicine in Indiana. His areas of expertise include liver failure, gallbladder disease, intestinal cancer, and advanced endoscopic procedures.
