Ian Anderson

Ian Anderson is the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Paradigm Health. With extensive experience in finance and healthcare, Ian plays a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations of the company. Prior to joining Paradigm Health, Ian was a member of the investment team of Havencrest Capital Management, a Dallas-based healthcare private equity firm. At Havencrest, he was responsible for the evaluation and execution of transactions across the healthcare industry. Prior to Havencrest, he served as a member of the investment team at Capital Southwest where he completed a number of private credit and minority equity investments across a variety of industries. His diverse background includes experience in private equity and financial services, making him an asset to Paradigm Health as it continues to grow and provide top-tier hospice and palliative care services across Indiana.
