Jenna Grimes

Jenna Grimes has been an integral part of Paradigm Health for the past 10 years. As an occupational therapist, she brings a comprehensive and unique skill set to the executive team. Throughout her career at Paradigm, Jenna has excelled in various roles, including field clinician, HR and payroll, billing and authorizations, and compliance. Jenna holds certifications as a Hospice Operator through CHAP and as a Consultant for ACHC. Her dedication to compliance and the accreditation process has been instrumental in Paradigm’s success. Currently, Jenna serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO), where she continues to oversee the organization’s compliance efforts, while managing the day-to-day operations. Jenna’s diverse understanding of the organization’s operations allows her to provide interdepartmental collaborative and servant leadership.
