Jessica Nagel

Jessica is a founding member of the team that launched Paradigm Health in 2013 and currently serves as Vice President of Business Operations. In this role, she streamlines administrative processes, optimizes resource allocation, and drives operational excellence. Jessica leverages her project management expertise to implement systems and programs that enhance the company’s ability to achieve its mission and vision. She is passionate about cultivating a collaborative culture that empowers employees to innovate and excel. Jessica holds degrees from Indiana University and Indiana University School of Law, along with a PMP certification.
