Lisa Teel

Lisa Teel is Senior Vice President of Operations for Paradigm Health, joining the organization in November 2025. With more than 35 years in healthcare and three decades dedicated to hospice, Lisa brings deep operational expertise and a lifelong commitment to compassionate end-of-life care. She played a key role in establishing Columbia Community Hospice in 1995 and has since held leadership roles spanning social work, administration, regional operations, and executive oversight, most recently serving as Vice President of Operations for Aveanna Hospice.

Lisa is a respected leader within the hospice community, having served on the Alabama Hospice and Palliative Care Organization Board of Directors for nearly three decades, including seven years as President, and is a recipient of the Alabama Hospice Employee of the Year Award. She also serves the State of Alabama on the Statewide Health Coordinating Council, where she holds multiple leadership appointments. Lisa is a University of Alabama alumna and a licensed social worker.
