The time following the death of a loved one can be stressful navigating grief and the myriad of personal, legal, and financial responsibilities that will need attention and closure. At Paradigm Health our bereavement support for families continues for 13 months after the loss of a loved one.  

There are many details from planning the funeral to dealing with paperwork some of which can last for many years. This is a time to lean on other family members or a network of friends to assist you and that you can reach out to for support.
